Who we are

We are a group of ordinary people who are committed to serving an extraordinary God. For us this means following Jesus, and trying to live like him.

In practice this is expressed in serving and caring for each other, and the wider community around us.

We believe we are created by God in his image, saved by his son Jesus, who we are called to follow, and empowered by his spirit to live with him and for him now, and into eternity.

We enjoy whole-hearted worship and relevant bible teaching, creating a welcoming community and sharing the amazing good news of Jesus with the people that we meet.

It is with deep sadness that we share the news that Rev. Andy Fuller, Associate Pastor and Leader of Malden Manor Community Church, died in the early hours of Tuesday morning, 2nd December, after a challenging journey through cancer. He was called home to be with the Lord, surrounded by his family. Sarah, his wife, shared that “even in death, he had a smile on his face and was at peace.”

A Service of Thanksgiving for Andy’s life will take place on Thursday, 18th December, at 2.30pm at New Malden Baptist Church. All are welcome to attend.

Andy was a tremendous example to all those who knew him. He lived with unwavering faith in Christ and the hope of the resurrection, encouraging everyone to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus, even in his final days.  Andy’s trust in God and passion for sharing the gospel are an example for us all.

Please continue to pray for Sarah, their children, Malden Manor Community Church, and the New Malden Baptist Church family and leaders during this time.
